Shipping & Returns PolicyShipping Policy You will receive the ordered products within 1-3 weeks. This period may be longer on some special days. Return & Exchange Policy A product doesn't fit right or you don't like it anymore and you want to send it back? No problem, you have 14 days after delivery to send it back. Please note the following: Right of withdrawal: 1. Exchange Unfortunately we don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. However, you can send your item back to us and we will refund you the amount immediately upon receipt of the return. You can then immediately reorder your matching article. 2. Return costs NOTE: DIRTY / WORN CLOTHING AND PARTS WITHOUT LABELS CANNOT BE REFUNDED! We do not assume the costs of the return shipment and must be borne by the customer. Make sure that your return has sufficient postage. We recommend returning as an insured package, not as a letter. There are several options available to you here. 3. Return address: To return your orders, first contact us by email, WhatsApp or directly on the website. There you will receive detailed information about the refund from us. 4. Note on Refunds: Please make sure that the items you want to return are returned to us in perfect condition and without any signs of use. Please do not remove any labels, otherwise we cannot take the item back! If the real order value falls below € 150 after the return and there is a noticeable buying behavior, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping, which is initially free of charge for you, from the reimbursement amount. We will process your return as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we refund the outstanding amount using the payment method you used. To see whether your return has arrived, please use the tracking number that you received when you posted your parcel.
